Added to the sunflower, canola, and flax sections in the crops Patchouli book entry.

* Add Crop Index entry to Patchouli field guide

Introduces a new 'Crop Index' entry in the  field guide, listing all crops alphabetically with clickable links

* Update crop index entry text
