* T2 Rocket Alloy ABS recipes

Adds Alloy Blast Smelter recipe for t2 rocket alloy and Vacuum Freezer recipe for cooling molten t2 rocket alloy.

Adds cobalt brass wrench to "Tools of the Trade" quest smart filter
